Certification Requirements

1.	Verifiable Background: Your background has been verified through personal interviews
2.	Proven Experience: You have a minimum of five assignments/case studies, with ratings on file from each client relative to the execution and achievement of the assigned goals
3.	Code of Ethics: You have signed and agreed to comply with the Interim Association Code of Ethics
4.	Training: You have completed four mandatory courses - Managing Ethics, Strategies for Sustainability and Enterprise Wealth, How to Prepare for and Sustain a Career as an Interim Executive, and one additional workshop or seminar of your choosing, sponsored by the Interim Association.
5.	Ongoing Compliance: Each year, you will be asked to complete a survey reviewing your assignments so that certification can be maintained.
